We offer:
Branding and Distribution
- We support our distributors with branding, marketing and promotions when introducing a new product.
- We make sure to send product samples to support the marketing campaign.
- We ensure that distributors receive samples and get to know our brands prior to signing Distribution Agreements.
- We offer support for branding like signage, posters and brand placement where applicable.
- Our brands are promoted at retail level in the countries where they are sold, and we offer support in bringing the products to market.
Contracting Strategy
- We offer a 1-2-year trial period during which we get to know our distributors and the get to work with our brands in accordance with our business principles and legal compliance. Following a successful relation during the trial period, we offer a 5 year frame agreement with automatic renewal is signed. Termination of contract is subject to contract.
- Distributors are free to contract sub distributors, and resellers within their area of operation.
- We do not interfere with the product pricing a distributor or retailer sets to our product as we know final price depends on contextual parameters.
- We offer predictable and transparent pricing to our distributors. Prices may only be changed every 6/12 months, depending on prices on currency clauses (related to raw materials), raw material and indexes related to distillation such as energy cost, glass, pulp for cartons etc.
